Han's Paddles have been used for years as a low-cost, high quality training paddle. The Holed Surface of the paddle offers the swimmer tactile feedback while increasing the workload! The STANDARD paddle (Black) is designed for most swimmers, while the GRIPPER (Green) is meant for stroke technique with a lower workload, or very strong swimmers. The GROOVER (Purple - Pictured) is meant for those looking for a larger hand paddle.
