STANDARD SHIPPING -USPS (United States Postal Service):
$3.50 for the 1st item; $1 each additional item. Please note that heavier products and multiple cartons may require additional shipping charges. For example: Swim Fins , pool equipment kickboards and Bags. A Metro Swim Shop Customer Service Representative will contact you to confirm the charges.Estimated shipping time is 4-6 business days. All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days from the original date on the invoice. Please send back the merchandise with its invoice/packing slip to 1221 Valley Rd, Stirling, NJ 07980. If you are exchanging for a different suit, size/color please indicate the appropriate information need. Also please enclose $3.50 check or cash for the shipping fee, or you may note you would like the amount charged on to your credit card.
For Customer Credits (Refunds to Credit Cards): please note that all return requests for a refund are at the discretion of the returns department. Returns that are not returned in its original condition and packaging are subject to a standard 10% restocking fee.
LZR/TRACER/HYDRA II CHAMPIONSHIP SUIT Return Policy:
LZR AND CHAMPIONSHIP suits (LZR Elite, LZR Pro, TYR Tracer Light, Tracer Series C suits, Tracer Series B suits, Nike Swift, Nike Hydra and Hydra II suits, Q Tech, Arena and Blueseventy Suits) can be returned for EXCHANGE OF SIZE ONLY. Fastskin3 Products CANNOT be returned once the yellow fit point markers have been removed.Suits must be returned with the original packaging, tags attached and returned in the condition it was received. We cannot accept returns for credit under any circumstances on these suits. Any suit that is not returned in the condition it was sent will be returned to the customer.
Any defective items must be sent back to Metro Swim Shop before any determination can be made as to whether the item is indeed defective. If item is defective, Metro Swim Shop will replace item at no cost to the customer. If a customer needs to replace an item quickly, he/she will have to place a brand new order and will be credited for the returned defective item, including shipping, in full once the item is indeed determined by Metro Swim Shop to be defective.
Any item not available at the time of purchase may be put on backorder without notifying customer. However, we will contact customer directly when expedited shipping has been requested.
